About Us

IT Learning Consulting, LLC is owned and operated by Debora A. Collins.   Debbie is the Senior Educator and Consultant for the company.  She is a Microsoft Certified Learning Consultant (MCLC) and a well known educator among the Microsoft Office community.

Debbie has an M.S. degree in Education from Brigham Young University (1985) with an emphasis in Curriculum Development and Computer Science. She holds and keeps current numerous IT certifications.  In addition to her Microsoft Certified Learning Consultant (MCLC) credential, Debbie is recognized as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and a Microsoft Office Master Instructor. She is also an IC3 Authorized Instructor (AI) and an Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) Educator for Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver. 

For the past 25 years, Debbie has been immersed in teaching and developing curricula about a variety of Information Technologies. During her career Debbie has taught learners ranging in age from children to adults. She has developed curricula and training courses for many academic, government and corporate organizations. Some of Debbie's more prominent clients include Adobe, Advanced Technical Center, Certified Technical Institute, Certiport, GMetrix, Guam Department of Education, IBM, ITT Technical College, John Wiley & Sons, Knowledge Alliance, Microsoft, The MindCenter, Park City School District in Utah, TestOut, TotalSeminars, University of Utah, Southern Utah University, Salt Lake Community College, University of Utah, Weber State University, Westminister College and WICAT Systems.  Debbie’s most recent projects have been the design and development of her well known certification workshops for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Adobe’s Certified Associate (ACA) endorsements.   

Debbie also writes an “Office Tips and Tricks” column for Microsoft’s monthly newsletter , the MCT Flash.
